Role Description This full-time, on-site Director of Sales and Marketing role is based at Lancaster Arts Hotel in Lancaster, PA. The Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive room nights, group business, and event bookings across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
