Seashore Highlands Retirement Community, a ministry of Methodist Senior Services (MSS), is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving older adults in the spirit of Christian love. The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for driving occupancy growth through strategic sales efforts, community outreach, and referral source development in support of the mission and values of Methodist Senior Services. · Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, their families, referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners to support occupancy growth.
