Responsibilities: Leads the Community marketing and sales program, implementing creative and effective strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancyForms and fosters relationships with local community professionals including physicians, Senior Centers and home health to maximize referral sources and opportunities for collaborationPromotes a positive social media presence through creative and compelling content, emphasizing our mission and core values of love, compassion, and dignityOversee a range of marketing channels, including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach methods to engage residents, employees, and stakeholdersBridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing and executing strategies that generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue through a combination of marketing campaigns and sales outreach, essentially working to align marketing efforts with sales activities to achieve business goalsDelivers exceptional and tailored tours for prospective residents and family members, offering a warm and memorable experience that reflects our commitment to compassion and high-quality careImplement follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and promptly address any inquiries or concernsManages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to effectively maintain leads, track follow-up activities, and optimize sales and marketing effortsRequirements: Associate’s degree preferredValid Driver's License3+ years previous sales, marketing, or community outreach requiredAssisted/Supportive Living experience preferredExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong closing skillsAbility to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisionsBenefits: Advancement and professional growth opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesEAP & wellness programs401(k) with biweekly employer match*Outside-In Employee Referral ProgramIntentional work-life balance supported with competitive Paid Time Off*Self-service payroll & accuracy tools (Paycom)*Benefits and eligibility may vary based on employment status (full-time/part-time)
