Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for the community. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and closing techniques.Demonstrated Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.Proven Team Management abilities to coach, motivate, and coordinate staff around sales and service goals.Business Development experience in identifying opportunities, networking with community partners, and growing referral channels.Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industries is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track performance and inform strategy.High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy, with a commitment to Charter Senior Living’s resident-first culture.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
