Director of Sales Marketing

You will head up all marketing, SEO, and the company's sales and business plans... all while working to grow top line sales. They currently are big into the agriculture and construction component markets and are looking to expand into medical device components, aerospace parts, and other industrial part manufacturing. This is a 'get it done' type of role. Given that the role is a key leader in the organization - developing the sales strategies, driving SEO, and more - the company owners are seeking the right cultural fit to go along with the experience. • Must have proven experience in selling custom thermoformed products in a variety of industrial markets • Solid experience in heavy gauge thermoforming is highly desired
