Director of Sales & Marketing

As we launch and rapidly expand across both owned and franchised locations, we are seeking a visionary, hands-on Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the launch and growth of the Cloudbound brand locally and nationally. The Head of Sales & Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team partnering closely with teams that also support Sky Zone such as operations and programming while developing new partnerships with childhood development experts. Support Field Operations • Communicate with franchise base to ensure quality and consistency across all locations, creating marketing and sales playbooks for future franchise expansion. Campaign Development & Paid Media • Work with digital agency of record to plan, develop, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, local marketing, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives to develop loyalty and drive retention.
