As a key member of the Resort Leadership Team, the Director of Sales & Marketing serves as the senior commercial leader for Alyeska Resort, Alaska’s premier year-round mountain destination. The Director leads both proactive and reactive sales efforts in a high-volume, complex resort environment with significant group, tour, transient, and catering demand, ensuring alignment with Alyeska’s brand promise, ownership objectives, and long-term growth strategy. In close partnership with the General Manager, Executive Leadership Team, Revenue Management, Brand Strategy, Operations, Mountain, and Nordic Spa teams, this role delivers fully integrated commercial strategies that maximize revenue, strengthen brand presence, and elevate the overall guest experience. Sales & Commercial Strategy Leadership • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve booking, revenue, and profitability targets across all business segments.
