Director of Sales / Sales Manager

Las Vegas Billboards is one of the most recognized outdoor advertising companies in the Entertainment Capital of the World. As we continue to grow our portfolio and client base, we're looking for a driven, seasoned sales leader to take the helm of our revenue operation. Sales Leadership & Strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals • Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives and sales representatives • Set individual and team quotas, track KPIs, and report performance to ownership • Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability and results Required Qualifications • 7+ years of proven sales experience, with significant tenure in Out-of-Home (OOH) or other forms of media advertising • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a sales leadership role • Experience managing, recruiting, and developing a sales team • Deep knowledge of the OOH advertising landscape, including static, digital, and programmatic formats • Established relationships with Las Vegas-area advertisers, agencies, and media buyers preferred • Strong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales pipeline management • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills If you are a seasoned media sales leader ready to make your mark in one of the world's most exciting advertising markets, we want to hear from you.
