Director of Selections

The process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting financial representatives is developed, managed, conducted and refined by this individual. The Director of Selections plays a key role in developing recruiting goals and strategies for the office and is responsible for holding all members of the leadership team accountable for their respective roles in recruiting and selection. Leadership, recruiting vision, organization and exceptional communication skills are essential. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Preferred 3+ years of relative work experience in executive recruiting or experience in the financial services or related industry or similar experience in a leadership position. • Actively participate in community clubs and organizations to promote Northwestern Mutual financial advisor career • Promote the benefits of network growth and recruiting successes within network or district network office • Direct recruitment advertising and marketing strategies (ads, direct mail, community events, etc.)
