A company is looking for a Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing to lead and execute social media strategies remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies across various platforms Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers to align with marketing objectives Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in a publicly traded organization Proven track record of leading social media strategies for multiple brands Experience in influencer marketing, including managing partnerships Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
