Director of Social Media and Marketing

We are hiring a Director of Social Media & Marketing to own, execute, and optimize our entire digital presence. You will be in the field capturing content, working directly with agents, and driving measurable growth through content, AI tools, and platform algorithms. Proven experience in social media growth and content creation (portfolio required) Strong videography and editing skills (iPhone + professional equipment) Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms Experience using AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, video editing AI, automation tools, etc.) Ability to execute quickly and consistently in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize performance Real estate experience is a plus but not required This role is for someone who wants to build a dominant brand, drive real business results, and operate at a high level inside a top real estate team.
