What You’ll Do - Develops and builds collaborative work relationships with Elliot Health System leadership (the “client”), Marketing and Communications leadership and team, and other key stakeholders/clients across the system to consistently evaluate business opportunities and align marketing and communications strategies. - Serves as a strategic partner to department teams, physicians, clinical and operational leaders, and senior leadership to ensure integrated marketing, advertising, and communications initiatives align with organizational and growth priorities. - Serves as a key leader with the system’s Marketing and Communications team; interfaces with system executives, other leaders, and cross-functional teams; implements best-in-class approaches and processes in strategic marketing and advertising and direct to consumer and B2B services, and works in partnership with the Director of System Communications and Public Relations to maximize multi-purpose brand and community engagement, content strategy, and social media. - Assesses business needs and leads the development and execution of proactive, integrated multi-channel marketing communications strategies informed by data analysis, business intelligence, and customer insights to advance business growth. What You’ll Need Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or Business Required.
