Director of Technical Content (JOB ID 1293)

OneSparQ is looking for a Director of Technical Content to join a growing company in Atlanta, GA. Required Skills: • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field • 7+ years of experience in Product Content Management, Data Governance, or related field • Hands on Experience in PIM (Product Information Manangement) Systems (Enterworks, Salsify, Stibo or Akeneo) • Strong leadership experience managing a team of 3-5 individuals • Experience with data audits, validation processes, and workflow automation Additional Skills: • Experience with SQL • Knowledge and experience with Tableu or PowerBI • Experience in the Wholesale industry Responsibilities: • Serve as the business owner of the PIM system, defining and driving its strategy, workflows, and enhancements • Oversee the management of product attributes, classifications, and data structures within the PIM system • Collaborate with IT, sales, merchandising, and operations teams to continuously improve PIM functionality and integration with other systems • Work in partnership with the Director of Marketing Content to support marketing content needs in the PIM system • Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, including PIM system administrators and product data associates • Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness • Establish and refine processes for collecting, maintaining, and updating product data, ensuring efficiency and scalability • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to streamline product content management • Work cross-functionally to reduce manual data entry and improve the overall data lifecycle
