As the Director of Paid Digital Marketing, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help attract, convert and retain Slack users. As part of the Growth Marketing team you will help new and existing teams to understand Slack use cases in order to drive leads, pipeline and ACV for Slack. Things you’ll do: Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.Identify target audiences across different platforms and develop tailored campaign messaging.Determine optimal budget allocation across various paid channels based on performance data.Campaign Execution: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic display networks.Develop ad creative, landing pages, and call-to-actions that resonate with target audiences.Set up tracking and measurement systems to monitor campaign performance against key metrics.Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize bids, targeting, and ad creativesConduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations and landing page elementsImplement data-driven adjustments to campaign strategies based on performance insightsReporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROIProvide actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and identify opportunities for further optimizationCollaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams, including campaigns, content marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectivenessCollaborate with external agencies or vendors to manage paid media campaignsCollaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Copy, and Design teams to transform ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiencesWhat we’re looking for: Minimum 10+ years experience in related campaigns, growth, performance marketing, or related roleGrowth marketing experience at a B2B company requiredStrong understanding of paid advertising platforms and their functionalities (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. )Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and make informed decisionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns for maximum ROIExperience with digital marketing tools and technologies for campaign management and reportingStrong written, oral, and social interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the paid media landscapeProven experience planning, designing and executing growth experimentsAn eye for impactful creative, ability to drive strategic messaging#J-18808-Ljbffr
