You'll work closely with our partner, sales, and product teams to activate a high-performing ecosystem that including but not limited to GSIs, SIs, consulting PE, GPO, advisory, and software partners. Partner with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align priorities Act as the primary marketing liaison for the partner organization Influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across regions Performance & Operations 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on partner or ecosystem marketing Proven track record of driving pipeline through partners in a complex sales environment Deep experience working with partners including: GSIs, SIs, consulting PE, GPO, advisory, software, and consulting partners Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions, including co-selling Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience measuring partner contribution to revenue Experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Additional valuable experience Experience in HCM, payroll, or workforce management technology Familiarity with PRM tools and partner lifecycle management Global marketing experience What's in it for you We encourage individuals to apply based on their passions.
