Hire, mentor, and coach a team of partner marketers Who you are: 10+ years in B2B /SMB partnership development and marketing in partner, affiliate, channel, or ecosystem marketing roles— within SaaS or tech platforms.Proven track record driving co-marketing and joint GTM programs that deliver revenue growth through indirect channels.Strong experience working with industry associations , resellers , technology partners , or strategic alliances .Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills—able to influence internal and external stakeholders.Deep understanding of the SMB market and how to engage associations, local influencers, and niche vertical networks.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities and a builder mindset.
