Director, Product Development & Marketing

AKDO is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Development & Marketing to lead our product vision, drive innovation, and elevate our brand across all channels.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping product strategy, overseeing development from concept to launch, and driving integrated marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and brand differentiation.

This is a fully onsite role based in either Bridgeport, CT or New York, NY.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute product and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Lead product development across categories from concept through launch
Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and sales channels
Analyze performance data to optimize product portfolio and marketing ROI
Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive results
Lead and develop a high-performing Product Development and Marketing team

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in product development and marketing
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Experience working with tile, stone, or similar hard surface, building materials, or design-driven products strongly preferred.
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
