As Director of Product for Ads Performance and Measurement, you will define how advertising on the biggest screen in the home proves its value to brands, to agencies, and to the broader ecosystem. You will lead a critical product pillar responsible for the optimization of systems, attribution models, and monetization levers that power billions of dollars in media value across The Roku Channel and Roku’s programmatic footprint. We are looking for a product leader with a track record of scaling performance products from early innovation to commercial impact. You will lead a team of talented product managers and people leaders, and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, RevOps, and sales to drive Roku’s next wave of monetization.
