Our CLM team is responsible for maximizing ROI from uncontacted or unsold leads and existing customers through channels like email, SMS, direct mail, outbound calls, and digital initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong creative, communication, analytical, and data-driven marketing skills, thriving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture with a deep understanding of digital acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies, including SMS and direct mail.This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Digital Marketing to optimize opportunities throughout the sales process and product lifecycle, focusing on increasing conversion and revenue via digital and direct marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, passionate about enhancing customer experience through targeted, integrated marketing activities across multiple channels, with a focus on digital engagement and new revenue streams.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes strategies for integrated customer journeys supporting the Life Insurance product, focusing on digital channels and application funnels.Oversees acquisition and retention lifecycle marketing strategies, collaborating with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Care for omni-channel experiences.Leverages an omnichannel marketing approach emphasizing outbound/inbound calls, email, SMS, direct mail, and digital strategies.Ensures seamless integration between traditional CLM channels and digital marketing for initiatives like reengagement, policy reviews, and personalized experiences.Uses data and campaign insights to optimize lifecycle campaigns and improve conversions.Builds targeted audiences based on value and engagement likelihood to develop effective marketing workflows.Enhances direct response marketing strategies to boost engagement and lead conversion.Manages direct mail channel targeting, creative execution, and integration with other initiatives.Conducts campaign analytics and recommends tactical or strategic changes.Partners with Marketing Automation to optimize campaigns across channels.Establishes KPIs and provides weekly performance reports with digital and funnel insights.Refines messaging, positioning, and engagement strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.Manages and mentors team members to foster growth and successful campaign execution.Skills/AbilitiesStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.Experience managing large-scale, data-driven digital marketing campaigns.Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.Proven success in leading high-performing teams and fostering innovation.Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.Deep understanding of performance marketing, automation, and customer journey optimization.Experience with omnichannel campaign measurement, testing, and attribution.Vivid mindset and passion for leveraging emerging marketing technologies.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.10+ years in marketing leadership with direct responsibility for growth and revenue.8+ years in team leadership roles.Proven expertise in lifecycle, product, or customer retention marketing, aligned with product development and business objectives.Physical RequirementsIndoor work with potential safety hazards; occasional travel; moderate noise level.Prolonged sitting and computer work.Core Values SERVICE: We create positive customer experiences.ENTREPRENEURSHIP: We create, innovate, and take risks.LEADERSHIP: We build and invest in high-performing teams.EMPOWERMENT: We embrace change.COURAGE: We challenge the status quo and improve continuously.TEAMWORK: We support and celebrate each other.Disclaimer: The above describes the general nature of the work and is not exhaustive of all responsibilities and skills required.Seniority level DirectorEmployment type Full-timeJob function Marketing and SalesIndustries Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
