Our team is 100% remote-first. The Director, Project Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the agency's client portfolio. This role will ensure that project management standards and methodologies are followed across the portfolio of work, leading to the successful delivery of client projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Portfolio Performance: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: • 8+ years of project management experience in a marketing/creative agency or similar environment, with 2 years in a leadership role on a large book of business ($3M+) • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with confidence leading internal teams and communicating with clients.
