About the Role

We are looking for a highly connected, relationship-driven professional to help build our presence across the U.S. wellness, women's empowerment, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

This is not a traditional PR role. You will be the key relationship builder and community connector, responsible for developing partnerships, growing brand visibility, cultivating influential networks, and creating meaningful connections that support long-term growth.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to establish relationships with media, podcasters, wellness practitioners, female founders, community leaders, creators, and mission-aligned organizations throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

Build and execute U.S. partnership and community growth initiativesDevelop relationships with media, podcasts, creators, and industry influencersSecure speaking opportunities, collaborations, and brand partnershipsIntroduce the company to key women's entrepreneurship, wellness, and lifestyle networksIdentify and manage community, event, and strategic partnership opportunitiesOrganize intimate gatherings, founder dinners, salons, workshops, and community experiencesBuild relationships with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and mission-aligned organizationsSupport founder networking and high-value relationship developmentManage external agencies, consultants, and event partners when neededMaintain an organized relationship and partnership pipelineWho You Are

5+ years of experience in partnerships, community building, public relations, business development, brand marketing, or related fieldsStrong network across wellness, lifestyle, media, consumer brands, entrepreneurship, or women's communitiesExceptional relationship-building and networking abilitiesComfortable representing a brand at events, meetings, and industry gatheringsEntrepreneurial, self-directed, and highly resourcefulAble to balance strategy with hands-on executionExperience working with startups or early-stage companies is highly preferredPassionate about women's wellbeing, personal growth, wellness, community building, and meaningful social impactIdeal Background
