Director, Transformation - Advertising Business Models

This should include at least fiveyears of experience leading teams; Project/Program management experience inconsulting is required • Bachelor'sdegree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA ispreferred • TransformationManagement/ Program Management; Advertising Business Models; deep understandingof pay-per click models, programmatic advertising, targeting, and adoptimization initiatives; Strong background in AI-led transformation is apreferred • Priorknowledge in facilitating design thinking sessions, conducting analysis againstbenchmarks, producing recommendations, and performing implementations as aresult of analysis and recommendations; Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills • Abilityto travel extensively and be able to prioritize, delegate, organize, and managemultiple teams and client engagements simultaneously • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
