PRIMARY PURPOSE : Leads a team of writers in Sedgwick’s internal creative agency in the creation of marketing and sales support assets; directs Sedgwick’s brand guidelines and writing style; and partners across Sedgwick to develop accurate, impactful content. Implements content strategy, aligning it with Sedgwick’s vision and product strategy, and creates and manages a content calendar that continually serves new information to our market. Partners with marketing leadership to develop strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads for our sales team, increase brand awareness, and position Sedgwick as a thought-leader in our industry. Ten (10) years of related experience, to include copywriting, content marketing, and team leadership, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
