The system of washing and storing dishes must be second nature and boost the output of the restaurant. Service Bar is a collaborative kitchen and thus depends on the strength of the individual in their own tasks as well as their ability to work together; the dishwasher will be respected and treated with the same courtesy of all members of the kitchen staff. • Organize, maintain, and consolidate an efficient system for ensuring all service ware, cookware, and glassware are cleaned and sanitized.
