DISPATCHER/DELIVERY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Job Title: Dispatcher/Delivery Assurance Inspector Reports to: Assistant Distribution Manager (NON DM Markets)/Distribution Manager Job Purpose: Under the direction of the ADM/DM this position is responsible for utilizing the company GPS Tracking System and a Laptop in order to inspect that all Independent Contractor’s deliver Printed Advertising Packages according to client requirements. Job Duties:  Stages client Printed Advertising Packages according to established guidelines set forth by the ADM/DM o Required use of manual pallet jacks, motorized pallet jacks, forklifts or other warehouse tools to vary by client expectations tools provided.  Assists and supports the DM with pre-delivery and post-delivery tasks and analysis in order to ensure the accurate delivery of Printed Advertising Packages by the IC’s.  Immediately communicate with the DM if Delivery Assurance Inspection results do not meet client requirements and fall below client standards.  Inspect delivery with the assigned delivery area ensuring the placement of product meets client requirements and sporadically inspects that the Printed Advertisement package is dry and in good conditions, and is also packaged according to client requirements (Rubber Banded or bagged).
