Dispensary Manager

A dispensary in Uxbridge is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Manager who has excellent knowledge of cannabis products, dispensary operations, and has the passion and expertise to lead a team. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate general operations of the dispensary \- Establish business plan and put together budgets, sales projections, and forecasts \- Ensure the highest standards are upheld and promote those standards to the staff and other managers \- Manage all hiring and training through interviewing, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management staff \- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions \- Perform the required duties to record all sales and inventory transactions in accordance with state and local laws and regulations \- Maintain established standards of presentation, customer service, and compliance \- Coordinate with the Executive Management Team to ensure all employees have accurate, up-to-date knowledge and materials related to their position \- Communicate the details of daily operations to the Executive Management Team \- Implement and oversee procedures related to opening and closing of the retail store \- Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news \- Facilitate ordering of cannabis infused products (concentrates, vaporizer, topicals and edibles) and accessories \- Perform inventory reconciliations daily, weekly and as needed \- Handle marketing and advertising to drive/increase sales \- Manage inventory and supplier relations Qualifications: Please send Resume along with salary requirement.
