The System's Depot is seeking an accomplished Distribution Sales & Marketing Leader.

This leadership role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to B2B (business-to-business) environments, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with partners.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with deep expertise in distribution management, business development, and technical sales to create exceptional value for customers and distribution partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within a distribution industry
10+ years of progressive leadership experince in Sales & Distribution
Technical sales experience is highly desirable; ability to understand complex products or solutions.
