Our Dentist Recruiters are responsible for ongoing Doctor recruitment including successful onboarding and retention efforts within the organization. The Recruitment Consultant sources, qualifies, recruits, screens and places Doctors in short and long term opportunities throughout the organization. This position develops and maintains a pipeline of talent focused on driving business growth. Previous sales, customer service, and/or recruitment experience in the dental industry or health care is preferred
