• Develop river leads using col calls, email, computer databases, and internet recruiting resources. • Design and place recruitment ads as appropriate. • Track inbound calls from all forms of advertising. • Source, contact, qualify and interview high volumes of candidates to meet monthly quota for number of drivers hired. • Process all applications and necessary paperwork for new hires and re-hires (including experienced drivers) to ensure DOT and company standards are met.
