DRIVER RECRUITER

The Driver Recruiter will support hiring managers in the recruitment of Class A CDL truck drivers. This position will utilize applicant tracking system to review applications, communicate with applicants, communicate with hiring managers and facilitate a timely, responsible recruitment process. • Prospect candidates utilizing tools, such as cold calling, database sources, social media, employee referrals, and online advertising. • Explain to applicants/candidates/employees of job duties, and responsibilities, compensation/benefits, work schedules, employee benefits, company policies, and other related information. • Generate recruitment reports both manually and using applicant tracking system • Research ways to source applicants • Attend career fairs for recruiting and recruitment events such as truck shows ect.
