Key Measures of Success: • Increase our driver base by searching, recruiting, interviewing, and helping driver candidates navigate the ongating and start of their careers with Gamer. • Get to know the people you hire by understanding each Driver candidate needs (Make sure you make a good match between what Gamer needs and what the driver candidate is looking for. • Track the hiring process of each recruited driver to make sure they are inputted in the McLeod Applicant System and that they are successfully processed by the Safety Department, so they get to work as soon as possible. Increase driver retention by assuring that drivers are cared for by all different departments in the company.
