Dynamic, Experienced Community Manager

Currently looking for a dynamic, experienced Community Manager to manage 235+/- pad Manufactured Home Community. We're looking for self-starters and results-driven candidates who demonstrate the resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and relationship building skills essential to offering the highest level of service and communication to prospective residents, resident, vendors and team members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collecting Rents • Issuing Resident Notices • Increasing occupancy by selling homes and finding homes to move into the communities • Advertising available homes and lots • Overseeing maintenance technicians to maintain curb appeal and repairs • Working with contractors • Attending court cases for delinquent residents • Working closely with the Regional Manager Qualifications: • Demonstrate strong effective oral and written communication skills • Proven track record of overseeing communities • Experience with MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, etc. • Property Management software experience a plus • Ability to respond to resident concerns/questions effectively and professionally • Must be flexible and willing to travel to other properties • Ability to multitask **Customer Service Experience a Plus! ** Education: High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree (preferred) REWARDING CAREER We offer competitive salary and benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Drug Plan, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays Please forward a copy of your updated resume and salary requirements to the email above.
