Dynamic Leasing Agent Needed ASAP!

From discovering prospects' needs and matching them with the ideal unit to nurturing the resident experience while supporting the property's needs, our Leasing Agent is critical to building our community. Duties include:  Working closely with the Property Manager and assisting as needed.  Resident requests will originate with you; you must be able to quickly determine the Residents' needs, resolve and/or escalate to a higher level as needed.  Must be able to use basic office machines: computer, printer/copier/fax, phone, adding machine/calculator.  Should have some experience in multi- family leasing, administrative assistant or similar customer service position (experience working in residential property management is a plus).
