Dynamic Real Estate Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our real estate brokerage team! This position will be heavily focused on marketing tasks. You MUST be highly proficient in social media marketing. Create marketing flyers and posts Assist with managing the in-office marketing studio Assist with off-site engagements, podcast interviews, in-field content creation Create marketing materials for social media Social media management Email marketing & newsletters Real estate lead generation Order supplies Assist with agent recruiting and onboarding Plan and schedule appointments, events and monthly calendar Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound company telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Cold call real estate agents for recruiting purposes Qualifications: Real estate license is NOT required Previous experience in office administration, sales, or marketing are preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills ​Strong organizational skills Very creative marketing ideas Knowledge of FB/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube Advertising, Google Ads, etc. Use the Subject Line: MARKETING ASSISTANT APPLICANT We will contact you for an in- person interview if we feel it may be a good fit.
