This role requires a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, paid media strategies, and a proven track record of driving results.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform occasional keyword research for campaigns, as neededWrite advertising copy as needed (or collaborate with the Content Team)Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Amazon and other relevant platformsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR and CPA to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustmentsAllocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROIPrepare marketing reports to present to client with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign dataManage and optimize advertising on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) to increase product visibility and salesProvide technical support to sales and the creative teamSupport company by researching and reporting on advertising platform updates and new functionalityStay up to date with various certifications, new features, and new toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve advertising goals and key deliverables for client and internal projectsWork with Ad Team Manager to grow existing customer relationships, strengthen advertising services and develop new revenue streamsInspire and mentor advertising team members by providing guidance, clear direction, problem-solving and client management skillsSuccess working with E-Commerce platforms to generate successful profitable campaigns for clients.Understand advanced E-Commerce metrics to help drive successful campaigns and analytics for clients.Complete other duties as assignedSkills & QualificationsProficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Amazon AdvertisingStrong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytic, Data Studio or similar platformsExcellent understanding ofe-commerce KPIs, customer journeys and conversion optimization strategiesStrong project management and organizational skillsCreative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision makingExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent degree required3+ years of online advertising experience2+ years of agency-side experience working with multiple clients2+ years experience working with E-commerce clientsCertification in Google Ads: Measurement, Search, Display, Video, Shopping and Google Analytics is preferredLocationWe're looking for applicants who live in the Springfield, Missouri area or elsewhere and are willing to relocate.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range depends on experienceHealth benefits: QSEHRA health reimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramRetirement plan: 401(k) company match100% paid maternity and paternity leave up to 16 weeks2 to 4 weeks paid time off14 company-paid days off, including all major holidaysFlex time availablePaid continuing educationJob TypeFull-timeEEOOur mantra really says it all.
