Initially a coastal-inspired children's clothing line, the brand has since expanded its offerings to include year-round styles for women. Role Description Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Shopify storefronts to improve performance, usability, and conversion rates • Oversee site architecture, navigation, and customer journey to deliver a seamless online experience • Develop and execute e-commerce, digital, and email marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals • Own Klaviyo strategy, including flows, segmentation, and campaigns to drive retention and repeat purchase • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search performance • Analyze site data, customer behavior, and campaign results to guide ongoing optimization • Collaborate on creative direction for product pages, campaigns, and site design • Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates • Identify opportunities to improve retention, AOV, and overall customer experience Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing • Strong expertise in Shopify management and optimization • Proven success driving email revenue and performance through Klaviyo • Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates and online sales growth • Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking • Experience blending creative design sensibility with data-driven decision-making • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
