The Ecommerce Paid Advertising Specialist will lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility for our ecommerce business. • A/B Testing & Performance Optimization:Continuously test and optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies through A/B testing to improve overall ad performance and ROI. • Analytics & Reporting:Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to senior leadership and making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements. • 3-5 years’ experience in an ecommerce paid advertising, including experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube and display networks • DTC Ecommerce experience required • Proven experience with budgeting, performance tracking, and optimizing campaigns for profitability • Strong analytics skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting tools, and data interpretation.
