** **Job Summary** Work with Wilco’s business to achieve our mission while growing sales and website traffic through management of feature development, online marketing, fulfillment processes, and website administration that ensures internal and external customers have a positive online experience. * Manage the development and upgrade cycle of internal software programs built within the e-commerce ecosystem to support processes and efficiencies within the business. * Support the Marketing & E-Commerce team relative to all the above functions related to the management of the e-commerce experience and custom software solutions. * Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a high-performing team. * Eligible to work remotely if the home office is located within the Wilco trade area, with the ability to attend in-person meetings at the Mt.
