E-Commerce Marketing Manager

The eCommerce Marketing Manager executes the strategic roadmap for the E-Commerce site including site changes, updates, merchandising needs and analytics; and the oversight of order fulfillment. The eCommerce Marketing Manager owns all seasonal site changes, oversight of online inventory merchandising, product copywriting, and appropriate, on-brand site organization for a seamless online shopping experience. The eCommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for oversight and guidance of the online inventory. eCommerce Manager will report monthly to the senior and sales team on site analytics, sales and key performance indicators for the online store. Present monthly site analytics and site performance to senior and sales team Oversee and execute the following efforts on heydaybozeman.com: Execute all online messaging to align with promotional and marketing plan Update homepage content, promotions and events Ensure aesthetic cohesiveness Ensure order fulfillment happens in a timely, organized and accurate manner Online Merchandising Create, update and maintain all product pages to ensure fresh, saleable inventory at all times Manager will work closely with Graphic Designer/Content Creator for all product photography needs utilizing site analytics and sales data to inform strategic listings Determine product assortment to be listed; informing the Assistant Buyer for proper SKU creation Work closely with Inventory Coordinator to write detailed copy for all online inventory including alt tags on images, meta descriptions and SKU entry Create and merchandise all curated collections and seasonal gift guides With Inventory Coordinator, hide items appropriately due to inventory shortages Understanding of all aspects of the Shopify + RICS Integration Digital Marketing Oversight of all online marketing platforms including but not inclusive of: social, paid and organic, email marketing, and other new channels of opportunity Co-lead email marketing program with Graphic Designer, with approvals from Owner Owns relationship with Paid Social contractor ensuring messaging, creative, and inventory to ensure efficiency and efficacy of paid advertising spend; reports findings from Contractor to Owner and Senior Team as needed Oversees the organic social media calendar, execution being the responsibility of the Content Creator Ensures emails are sent out on a weekly basis (minimum) Website Maintenance Update website pages based on seasons and promotional plan Including home page, landing pages, event page, and team page Work collaboratively with the Graphic Designer for content (homepage + etc) Oversee and help execute order fulfillment in a timely, organized and accurate manner Effectively manage the Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator(s) Package, write thank you notes, organize in-store pickups, and deliver to Post Office or schedule a pickup Gift wrap orders when requested During peak seasons, manage the fulfillment process and seek additional assistance as needed Inventory Management Oversight and management of all online physical inventory; performing physical counts when necessary, working closely with Inventory and Allocations Manager Oversight and management of all online customer service issues and inquiries, oversight of Customer Service issues and communication that is handled by Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator Oversees all product listings and RICS/Shopify mapping to ensure the integration is seamlessly working; while listings are executed by the Coordinator, Manager is capable of executing as well Thorough knowledge of POS and Shopify Analytics + Growth Utilize site analytics and customer insights to identify site opportunities; present new opportunities to E-Commerce team and Owner to enhance site experience and drive conversion Lead with resolution on issues related to site features and development Remain up- to-date on industry trends in eCommerce and customer online experience Experience and Skill Set Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing; or equivalent experience 2-5 years of eCommerce experience 2-5 years of people management and leadership Experience in the Shopify platform Experience and familiar with Facebook/Instagram and Google ads Competent with Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Photoshop + Lightroom + Bridge Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at one time Critical attention to detail Thrives in team centric environment and leads with a collaborative approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible, nimble self-starter with an optimistic attitude Excited to embrace and drive Heyday’s eCommerce sales channel Embrace Heyday’s core guiding principles Hours of Work: This is a full-time, salaried position that will include some nights, weekends and holidays Probation Period: 6 months
