Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels; identifying and testing new acquisition channels and growth opportunities; developing and implementing effective retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers; analyzing campaign performance data, website analytics, and customer journey insights to identify trends and drive improvements; collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets; managing relationships with affiliate partners and negotiating terms; staying current with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce performance marketing and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in e-commerce performance marketing.
