E-Commerce Specialist

Our company is looking for an E-Commerce specialist to join our online marketing and sales team. Our ideal applicant is organized enough to manage our online inventory and creative enough to help design social media campaigns to increase our digital sales. This position will be responsible for day-to- day support and execution of activities required to maintain normal operations of online accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with a major department store or other prominent eCommerce retailer. Duties and Responsibilities ● Manage our online inventory ● Develop campaigns to increase digital sales ● Help manage our online marketing presence, including all social media platforms ● Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales ● Assist with forming our company’s overall digital marketing strategy ● Manage customer feedback, merchandising, display advertising and search marketing campaigns ● Communicate effectively with Order Management, Purchasing, Fulfillment, Marketing and Warehouse teams to ensure successful on-time delivery of products, samples and promotional items to partners and customers.
