This is a role for a self-driven leader who takes initiative, learns continuously, and sets the pace for the team. You’ll oversee campaign builds, research audience behaviors, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with Account Managers and the leadership team to scale client programs. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership, offering the chance to shape agency-wide advertising approaches. This role is fully remote, but you can work from our riverfront office in Oshkosh, WI, if you’d like. • Collaborate with Account Managers and the Business Development team on new client proposals and pitch strategies.
