Initial and ongoing training is provided, and all agents have the ability to move up to management level. Minimum of 30 hours per week available to work Follow up with all customers to obtain referrals Agents must report to the office every work day for training purposes before heading to the field. All agents will have the opportunity to build, manage, and get paid from their own team.
