Lead and manage serving staff at weddings and large events (on-site) Schedule catering events Work as a server at smaller events and solo events, make catering deliveries Errand running Responsibilities could also include: Event planning and design Social media promotion for business Marketing and advertising projects About you: Highly organized, reliable, and punctual Detail-oriented Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to creatively solve problems and work with little supervision Proficient in Word and Excel Hours: Vary throughout the year / 30-40 hours per week on average Event-driven schedule but some work can be done from home Opportunity for growth SERVERS Job responsibilities: Collaborate with front of house staff, line cooks, and owners to serve 75+ customers per day Take orders, prep to-go orders, serve and attend to the needs of each table Answer phone inquiries Use the restaurant’s Square system to manage orders, specials, and the online store Open / close the restaurant Other side projects **Ability to work occasional shifts at Packard location About you: Dependable People-oriented and collaborative Thrive in a fast-paced environment Love restaurants Bartending experience a plus Perks: Employee meal every shift Work in the heart of Kerrytown Fun, safe, and dynamic work environment!
