– Constantly analyze the e-commerce business, as well as the competitive environment, to identify site experience and customer experience improvements that will drive incremental business. – Strong knowledge of search engine optimization, e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing is required. – Knowledge of web development tools and architectures is preferred but not required.
