eCommerce Digital Media Specialist

This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute someone who understands how to drive revenue through paid media, optimize a Shopify site, and translate performance data into meaningful action. Youre comfortable working cross-functionally, staying on top of emerging tools (including AI), and balancing performance goals with cultural accuracy and brand integrity./ppIn this role, youll plan, launch, and continuously optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social channels to drive traffic and sales. Collaboration is a big part of the job youll work closely with marketing, retail, eCommerce, CRM, IT, and social media teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience both online and in-store./ppYoull also lead website merchandising updates tied to product launches, exhibitions, and seasonal initiatives, while monitoring performance metrics like conversion rates and revenue. Staying current on trends, testing new tools (including AI-driven solutions), and identifying opportunities for optimization will be part of your ongoing workflow./ppYoure a curious and analytical marketer with a strong foundation in digital strategy, web experience, and retail best practices. Most importantly, you approach your work with thoughtfulness balancing innovation and performance with respect for cultural storytelling and brand authenticity./ppRequired Qualifications - What You Bring:/pulliBachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)./liliFour years experience in the design of multimedia and/or web design./liliStrong working knowledge of retail (physical, online) operations and sales best practices./liliKnowledge of web site design, development, and administration./liliKnowledge of principles and practices of web and graphic design./liliKnowledge of email communication principles, media, and marketing techniques./liliKnowledge of social media and technical writing techniques./liliComfortable working with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, and other advertising platforms/liliAbility to analyze graphic and technical information and create interpretive illustrations./li/ulpAdditional Requirements:/pulliMust be 21 years of age or older./liliMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
