Join the Maxwood Furniture team as an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator and support some of the fastest-growing brands in home furnishings, including Max & Lily and Plank + Beam. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Brand Managers and the broader marketing team to help execute campaigns, maintain product and site content, support merchandising efforts, and assist with performance reporting. Responsibilities • Support the setup, optimization, and maintenance of product listings and site content across DTC and marketplace channels • Assist with execution of the marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams to help bring campaigns and creative concepts to life • Manage and respond to customer reviews across platforms such as Yotpo and ShopApp • Tag and organize user-generated content within Yotpo to support content discovery and social proof • Maintain and update shop pages across platforms including ShopApp, TikTok Shop, and Meta Shop • Help develop brand overviews and foundational content to support email marketing campaigns • Assist with go-live processes for new product launches, including email announcements and platform updates • Support brainstorming for ad concepts and creative ideas for channels such as AppLovin and Pinterest • Collaborate with the design team on image selection and visual direction • Create and manage seasonal or campaign-driven website themes and landing pages • Oversee enhanced content updates to ensure product pages meet quality standards • Manage SearchSpring inline banners and filtering configurations to support product discovery • Utilize Fairing surveys and competitor insight tools to help identify trends and opportunities • Monitor inventory, pricing, and product data accuracy across platforms • Pull basic performance reports to help inform team priorities • Provide support for customer service, fulfillment, and order management as needed • Jump into special projects and provide cross-functional support wherever needed Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or a related field • Demonstrated business initiative and a proactive mindset • Experience supporting eCommerce site management and/or marketplace operations • Experience with product management, digital merchandising, or online retail operations • Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, SMS, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced computer skills required, especially Excel • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
