About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our product listings across all sales channels. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are accurately represented, optimized, compelling, and consistently executed across all e-commerce platforms — freeing up strategic bandwidth while you own the operational layer.

You will play a critical role in driving consistency, online sales growth, improved product visibility, and maintaining operational excellence across all digital storefronts, including our direct-to-consumer website, wholesale sites, Instagram Shop, Faire, Amazon, Walmart.com, and emerging channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Operations Management
Upload and manage product listings while ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channelsWrite and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords Upload and organize product photography and asset files per each platform's specs Create, update, and regularly monitor the product content on e-Commerce websites/portalsMonitor product inventory levels and ensure consistent in-stock availability across all e-commerce channelsCoordinate and execute replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and lost salesMaintain accurate product data including pricing, images, descriptions, and specificationsEnsure consistency of brand presentation and product information across all e-commerce sitesWork closely with Inventory Management and Warehouse Teams to ensure adequate stock and timely shipmentsManage invoicing related to e-commerce operations, platforms, and vendorsTrack expenses tied to e-commerce tools, advertising, and marketplacesMonitor changes in product sales to identify opportunities for improvement and update existing listings based on performance data and strategic direction Develop and provide regular sales and operations report-outs to management & leadership
SEO & Content Optimization
Optimize product listings for search visibility (keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend attributes)Continuously update existing listings to improve ranking, conversion rates, and performanceMonitor marketplace trends and competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Semrush Implement on-page SEO improvements to boost discoverability and conversion Refresh underperforming listings with updated copy and keywords Track and report on listing performance metrics
Marketing Initiatives
Extend support in other areas of social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google analytics, website UX, and paid social mediaCollaborate with the Marketing Manager to align ecommerce efforts with broader marketing strategiesIdentify advertising opportunities and provide input on campaign needs (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.)Assist in the execution and optimization of paid campaignsIdentify data insights and seasonal trends on product and branding opportunities
Growth Opportunities
Research and evaluate new e-commerce marketplaces and opportunities (e.g., Target.com, TikTok Shop, etc.)Assist in onboarding and launching new sales channelsSupport the development of scalable processes for multi-channel e-commerce growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a relevant fieldHands-on experience managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar. Faire.com experience is a plus!Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.Knowledge of online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.Strong understanding of SEO and product listing optimizationAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvementsHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyExperience with e-commerce advertising (Amazon Ads, PPC, etc.) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-moving office team environment with talented creative and marketing co-workers.
Education and Experience:
2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or marketplace management

Work Environment:
Monday – Friday, in-office position, approximately 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (Open to hybrid schedule)The noise level in the office is usually low. May be exposed to dust or fluctuations in inside temperatures.
