Supporting the day-to-day operations of Shopify Plus storefronts, the full-time remote eCommerce Marketing Specialist will manage storefront updates, serve as the primary contact for franchisee operators, and collaborate cross-functionally to address operational needs. Key responsibilities Maintain and update product listings and content on Shopify Plus storefronts Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee operators and internal teams regarding storefront access and troubleshooting Translate operational needs into practical storefront solutions through effective communication with internal teams Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital operations Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shopify Plus is a plus Ability to navigate platform settings and basic storefront configurations without custom coding Professional communication skills with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests simultaneously
