eCommerce Paid Media Specialist

Maxwood Furniture is a rapidly growing furniture company with an expanding portfolio of brands including Max & Lily, Plank + Beam, and Maxtrix. We are seeking a new member to join our e-Commerce team. The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for driving revenue growth and advertising efficiency across our e-commerce portfolio. This role owns campaign execution and optimization across Google, Meta, and additional paid media channels, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising management • Minimum 2 years of hands-on expertise in: • Google Ads / Microsoft Ads (Search & Shopping) • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management • Proven experience executing A/B testing and campaign optimization • Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, attribution, targeting, and analytics platforms • Demonstrated success optimizing campaign structure and bidding strategies • Strong analytical skills including data manipulation and performance analysis • Ability to evaluate click-through rate, conversion performance, spend efficiency, and creative impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Agency experience welcomed
